KMED Radio

KMED Radio (106.3 MHz/FM) is a United States-based news/talk format radio station licensed to Eagle Point, Oregon, and serves the Medford-Ashland area. It has a rich history dating back to 1926, originally broadcasting on 1440 AM. The station is owned by Bicoastal Media. It offers a variety of talk shows. KMED also has HD radio subchannels. In the late 1990s, the station was branded as “Eagle 106.3” with a rock format. In January 2023, the station transitioned its news/talk programming to the FM band at 106.3 MHz, and the AM frequency was subsequently decommissioned. This radio station also provides local news, weather, and traffic updates.
