WBTC Radio (1540 kHz), branding “The Tusk 101.9 FM 1540 AM,” is a United States-based classic hits format AM radio station licensed to Uhrichsville, Ohio, that features popular music from past decades. The station is dedicated to providing its listeners with all the latest news and information from around the country. It has undergone several format changes throughout its history, including country music, adult contemporary, and talk radio. Under its previous talk format, the station also carried locally hosted talk shows. Established on December 13, 1963, by James Natoli under Tuscarawas Broadcasting, the station’s call sign stands for “We’re Broadcasting From Tuscarawas County.” In 2017, WBTC shifted to its current classic hits format.
