The station serves all of Northeast Ohio and Northwest Pennsylvania and can be heard from the outskirts of Cleveland to the outskirts of Buffalo and south to Youngstown, Ohio, and Greenville, Pa with 5000 watts.

It has also expanded its sports coverage significantly by carrying the Columbus Blue Jackets and Conneaut Spartans in football and boys basketball.
