WXIN 90.7 FM is a United States-based student-run radio station of Rhode Island College in North Providence, Rhode Island, that provides an atmosphere for students to learn the art and skill of radio broadcasting. The station operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week, with live shows from 8 a.m. to 2 a.m. daily. In addition, this radio station also rebroadcasts its programming in the form of a webcast over the Internet.
WXIN 90.7 FM is a news/talk format radio station that provides all the latest news and updates that are sure to keep you informed. The station formerly provided programming from its studios on 88.1 WELH-FM every Sunday from 6 a.m. to 2 a.m. WXIN is a student organization, officially recognized by Rhode Island College, and funded by Student Community Government, Inc. This radio station also provides live play-by-play coverage of Anchormen basketball and a variety of other campus sports, including several broadcasts of the NCAA Tournament, in addition to exclusive interviews and live, on-location reporting and coverage of breaking news events.
