WQFS (90.9 FM) is a United States-based variety-format student-run radio station licensed to serve Greensboro, North Carolina, that offers an exciting mix of pop music that is sure to get listeners up and moving. It is owned and operated by Guilford College and is widely regarded as one of the premier college radio stations in the United States. While indie rock and alternative music are prominent, the station features an extremely wide range of programming, from bluegrass and gospel to reggae, classic R&B, and experimental shows, all often hosted by volunteer DJs. WQFS prides itself on being a leader in the radio industry by offering the latest pop hits from popular artists such as Taylor Swift, Ed Sheeran, Ariana Grande, and many more.
