The station is licensed by the Federal Communications Commission to the Bascomb Memorial Broadcasting Foundation, Inc., a nonprofit corporation. WDNA is the market’s first public radio station, not run by any government agency. This radio station also features programming that highlights the local jazz scene in Miami, as well as nationally recognized artists.
