WCMU News & Talk, also known as WCMU-FM (89.5 FM), is a United States-based news/talk format public radio station located in Mount Pleasant, Michigan, that provides its listeners with a variety of programs, including local and national news, talk shows, and entertainment. As a service of Central Michigan University, the station’s mission is to educate, inform, entertain, and engage the communities we serve through programming and partnerships. On weekends, the station airs a mix of news, talk, entertainment and music programs. It is the flagship station of the WCMU Public Radio network, which includes several affiliate stations.
