Rage 96.5, also known as WRQY (96.5 FM), is a United States-based active rock format broadcast radio station licensed to Moundsville, West Virginia, that plays a mix of current and recent rock music. The station is owned and operated by Cody Barack through licensee Ohio Midland Newsgroup. Rage 96.5 began broadcasting in 1990 under the call sign WRKP. Over the years, it underwent several format and branding changes. Historically, this radio station has also featured classic rock, adult hits, and briefly, country music. WRQY aims to be the Ohio Valley’s new rock station, focusing on the active rock genre.
