MIX 101.5 FM, also known as WRAL (101.5 MHz, “Mix 101.5”), is a United States-based adult contemporary music format commercial FM radio station licensed to Raleigh, North Carolina, and serving the Research Triangle that plays a mix of current hits and popular favorites from past decades. It is owned by the Capitol Broadcasting Company. Known for its “Feel-Good Variety,” MIX 101.5 FM has been a staple of the Research Triangle’s airwaves for decades. This radio station plays a feel-good mix of music ranging from artists like Taylor Swift, Ed Sheeran, Dua Lipa, and The Weeknd to throwbacks from Mariah Carey, Michael Jackson, Whitney Houston, and Prince, focusing on music from the 1980s through today. Every year from mid-November through December 25th, the station famously flips its format to 24/7 Christmas music.
