Loud 102.3

Loud 102.3, also known as WLOA (1470 AM), is a United States-based commercial rhythmic contemporary format radio station licensed to Farrell, Pennsylvania, that features a variety of hip-hop and rhythmic contemporary music. The station is owned by Over/Under, LLC., and serves both the Sharon, Pennsylvania, and Youngstown, Ohio markets. Its notable programs include “DeDe In The Morning,” hosted by DeDe McGuire, which airs weekdays. Other on-air personalities include Gabe, DJ Chip Banks, B-Willy, and DJ Maze Faze. The station has a long history with various call sign and format changes. Loud 102.3 is branded as “Youngstown’s Hip-Hop Station.”
