KJHK 90.7 FM is the student-run radio station at the University of Kansas, located in Lawrence, Kansas, United States, that is dedicated to providing an eclectic mix of music, news, and entertainment that can’t be found anywhere else on the dial. The station is overseen by the Kansas Memorial Unions but is completely run by University of Kansas students. Since 1975, the station has been the voice of independent radio in Lawrence.
KJHK 90.7 FM is a campus radio station that airs local music, classical music, classic country, jazz, specialty talk shows, world music, and variety shows, and airs home football, basketball, and baseball games. The station believes that variety is the spice of life, and that's why its programming includes a wide range of music genres. It broadcasts 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. On December 3, 1994, the station became one of the first radio stations to broadcast a live and continuous stream over internet radio. This radio station annually receives local, regional and national recognition for its programming and online content.
