K104-FM, also known as KKDA-FM (104.5 MHz), is a United States-based urban contemporary format broadcast radio station in the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex, that provides hip-hop, R&B, rap, and soul genre music. It is owned by Service Broadcasting Corporation alongside KRNB. The station is renowned for its engaging on-air personalities and dynamic programming. KKDA-FM began broadcasting on June 8, 1947, as KIXL, playing beautiful music. Over the decades, the station underwent several transformations, adopting the call sign KKDA-FM and rebranding as K104 in the mid-1970s. This radio station has solidified its position as a leading urban contemporary station in the Dallas–Fort Worth area.
