About Doctor Pundit Countdown Radio (20th Century)

Doctor Pundit Countdown Radio (20th Century) is an oldies pop music format online radio station based in the United States that counts down the Billboard year-end top 100 charts and plays the most popular songs from 1960 to 1999. The station’s playlist features an extensive selection of tracks from some of the most iconic pop artists.

More Information

Doctor Pundit Countdown Radio scraps the shuffle format to actually make sense of the year-end (YE) top 100 tallies of each year of the Rock Era of popular music since 1960. The station is still available online if listeners would like to take a trip down memory lane and hear the biggest hits of the 60s, 70s, 80s, and 90s. Each year is "shuffled," meaning whole years themselves are random, but the songs that make up the tallies are, of course, presented in order, from #100 to #1. The station has a sister station, "Doctor Pundit Countdown Radio (21st Century)," that continues the countdown tradition for songs from 2000 onwards.
